- Our home listing services are priced at $10,000 for a listing up to a sales price of $1,000,000, compared to traditional California real estate listing fees of $25,000 (2.5%) based on the same sales price.

- For properties selling above $1,000,000, you will pay an additional $3,750 for every $250,000 increment.

- The real estate commissions for the buyer's agent are 100% negotiable between you and the buyer's agent and are paid separately by you through escrow.

- If you would like us to attend open houses, there will be an additional fee of $100 per hour.

This upfront retainer covers immediate professional services, including your home listed on the MLS, exposure on multiple popular websites and apps, professional photography, and basic marketing efforts. Please note that this fee is non-refundable if the sale does not close (except in the case of our own material breach)

- A 50% retainer is due at signing for our real estate services, which will be applied to your total flat fee.
